Eric Hall is Chair of the Department of Theatre at Coastal Carolina University, and their Resident Costume Designer.
He has worked in New York City, designing and building costumes for stage and film. Favorite projects include: Late: A Cowboy Song (Clubbed Thumb Theatre), Melancholy Play (Princeton University), and constructing costumes for Britney Spears’ Hotel Onyx tour (at John Kristiansen N.Y.). He has worked regionally at the Williamstown Theatre Festival, Glimmerglass Opera, and The Santa Fe Opera. Recent costume design credits include: Elf The Musical (Charleston Stage Company),The Swerve (Feature Film), The Piano Lesson, Pride and Prejudice (Cape Fear Regional Theatre), Fiddler On The Roof, La Belle Helene’, L’Etoile (Ohio Light Opera) and The Producers (Theatre By the Sea). Eric earned his M.F.A. from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts.
